Established in 1981 by Gary, Marrokal Design & Remodeling has built a solid reputation grounded in integrity, quality, and exceptional service. We have stayed true to these values throughout the decades, expanding our presence in the San Diego community and helping countless clients transform their homes to achieve their fullest potential.
In 2015, Tom Capizzi, a respected figure in the remodeling industry, became a partner in the company. Tom also owns Capizzi Home Improvement, a well-established firm in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. When Gary retired from the home remodeling industry in 2023, he left Marrokal in the hands of Tom (now President/Owner) and our award-winning, experienced team.
Today, our team is renowned for its whole-house design and remodel projects in San Diego and its surrounding areas. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, outdoor living space design and construction, or designing your dream home, Tom Capizzi and our designers and builders are always there to create your ideal spaces.
