Andy Thrailkill
Superintendent
Andy grew up in North County, San Diego. He is a California State University San Marcos graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Andy has been passionate about construction since he was nine years old. He grew up around heavy equipment and, at a young age, started working in trades and then began managing job sites while pursuing his passion for construction. Andy has managed remodels and custom builds in California and Texas. With a keen eye for design and detail, he treats every project as if it were his personal residence. He enjoys remodeling because of the challenge of taking an existing home’s floor plan and seeing it transformed into an entirely different living space.
Andy is active outdoors, surfing, biking, or snowboarding in his free time.
