Steven W. Walton has more than 30 years of professional expertise in the management of residential remodeling and custom home design and construction. Walton began his career with Marrokal back in 1998 and since then has been honored with multiple awards and has been featured in nationally syndicated magazines such as Northern California Home and Garden, San Diego Home and Garden, San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Magazine, Woman’s Day, and Qualified Remodeler. Steve’s creativity and high standards of excellence have contributed to his recognition in the remodeling and custom home building industry.
Steve holds a Degree in Architecture and Structural Engineering with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley. As a member of the American Institute of Architects (AlA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID}, Steve regularly lectures on the topics of architectural design, space planning, and business development. His success can be attributed to his hard work, perseverance, and passion for design.
