Having recently purchased this 37th-floor city and ocean-view-packed unit our client envisioned a space built for entertainment. But the constricting kitchen was u-shaped and, the guest primary baths were dark and lacking in storage. Moving plumbing fixtures in this structure would be an issue, we met this challenge in the kitchen by reducing a double door of an adjacent room down to a single one, gaining us three feet of sink and dishwasher space. Furthermore, in the new bright and contemporary primary bath, we removed an unused tub to create additional storage on both sides of the wall.
