Outdoor Living Tips for Year-round Enjoyment |

- Use durable materials like stucco, tile, slate, stone, and stainless steel that can withstand any type of weather conditions.
- Besides appliances, add shelves and storage bins to store cooking utensils in. This eliminates running back and forth to your indoor kitchen and makes entertaining guests so much easier.
- Install tile flooring that is comfortable to stand on and easy to sweep and clean.
- Cover your outdoor space with a partial roof like the one shown. This will protect your appliances and allow you to grill outside even when it rains.

Material and color changes made for a dramatic transformation in this 1970s condominium bathroom. The client wanted clean, contemporary lines so Marrokal created a monochromatic color scheme that would not overpower or clutter the room. The dynamic light fixture above the metal mirror completed the industrial loft look the client hoped to achieve. |
