There are good reasons why Marrokal just won the 2013 Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, our ninth honor from the BBB.The ways in which Marrokal conducts business has everything to do with our success and why we have grown to be one of San Diego's most respected and most referred home remodelers.
As Mike mentions in the video (left), Marrokal is different from other remodelers because: 1) we are a design-build, full-service firm which takes the guess work out of what can be a very stressful process, 2) there are no surprises with Marrokal. The entire team is fully on board with each project so clients are always apprised of the status of their remodel, and 3) Marrokal delivers projects on time. It's just that simple.

For the past 16 years, the San Diego Better Business Bureau has hosted the Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics to promote not only the importance of ethical business practices, but the willingness and efforts of outstanding businesses to ensure that our marketplace remains fair and honorable. The Torch Awards is open to all businesses and organizations that service San Diego and/or Imperial County markets. Companies must be in good standing with the BBB; however BBB Accreditation is not a requirement for entry or consideration. Each year, one winner and up to two finalists in eight categories, varying by the size of the company and one non-profit category, are presented with their own torch award.
